El complemento perfecto para el perfeccionamiento de acciones de ruck y contrarruck. El Rucker Hit ha sido diseñado para ofrecer a los entrenadores la opción de mejorar la labor de limpieza del ruck de una forma fácil y segura.
Su altura máxima de colisión en el limpiado del ruck, 64cm. obliga al defensor a bajar el punto de gravedad para poder coger el Rucker Hit y descubrir el balón.
También puede utilizarse en ejerciocios de dos o más jugadores tanto atacantes como defensores del Rucker Hit.

The perfect complement for the improvement of ruck and counter-ruck actions. The Rucker Hit has been designed to offer coaches the option of improving the work of cleaning the ruck in an easy and safe way.
